Deserializes an array representing the bytes of an int64.
Parameters
- bytes: number[]
  
  The array containing the bytes representing the int64.
- options: ByteifyOptions = ...
  
  The [[ByteifyOptions]] to use to deserialize the array.
Returns bigint
The deserialized int64.
